Welcome to Buffalo Cruise Safaris. By booking a safari or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit may be required to confirm your safari reservation.

Full payment should be made before the safari begins, unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before the safari may be eligible for a full refund.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded, or may be refunded partially.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the original form of payment.

Safari Itinerary & Changes

We strive to follow the planned itinerary, but circumstances such as weather, road conditions, or park regulations may require adjustments.

Buffalo Cruise Safaris reserves the right to make necessary changes to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.

Health and Safety

Safaris may involve outdoor activities and close encounters with wildlife. Guests are expected to follow the guidance of their safari guide at all times.

Buffalo Cruise Safaris is not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions.

Liability

While we take every precaution for your safety, Buffalo Cruise Safaris cannot be held liable for delays, losses, damages, or expenses beyond our control (e.g., weather, flight delays, natural events).

Third-party services (such as hotels or airlines) are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Use of our Website

Content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Buffalo Cruise Safaris and cannot be used without permission.

We are not responsible for external websites linked from our site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
